What To Expect

Spend the evening with Celebrity Chef Vikram Vij at his Michelin recommended Bib Gourmand restaurant Vij's. This cookbook author, speaker and Food Network judge welcomes guests with a toast to the evening and the introduction of a popular street food that is popped in the mouth before exploding with flavour. This sets the stage for the animated story-telling behind each of the chef-selected dishes. The evening is capped off with a special chat over dessert and chai, where guests have their burning questions answered about the chef’s experience on Dragon’s Den, his most memorable culinary travels, his favorite recipe, or even a secret cooking tip!
